Big Camp – Vision 2020

North New Zealand Conference
3 – 11 January 2020 | Tui Ridge Park

Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity. All that I know now is partial and incomplete, but then I will know everything completely, just as God now knows me completely. 1 Corinthians 13:12 (NLT)

Our theme for our upcoming BigCamp is Vision 2020 with a focus on seeing  Jesus and His call to be His disciples, with perfect vision.

Registrations close: Thursday, 19 December.

Chris cares about authentic community, learning to make safer churches willing to name our struggles and grow together through Spirit power. When the easier solutions involve walking away or finding secular community, Chris insists the Body of Christ is the source of healing and hope.

In addition to leading La sierra university church and a team of 9 pastors with 3 Sabbath services, Chris also lectures at La Sierra University in pastoral ministries, teaching the next generations of leaders to develop their skills for service in the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

She lives with her scientist husband, who keeps discussions lively and they have two young adult daughters.

Chris brings fresh eyes to ancient texts, making the bible relevant to the world we live in. Hearing a Word on target for lives today is what she hopes for every time she steps up to preach God’s Word.
