Accommodation sites will be allocated once payment has been made in full. You will then receive confirmation of your application by email. If you have a particular site number you would like please download the site map at adventist.org.nz/resources/nnzbc22 and let us know the number during your registration.


Activity Fees

These fees are payable by all who wish to take part in the various activities organised by their respective divisions.

  • Primary School Years 1-6 (all activities) $30
  • Intermediate School Years 7-10 (all activities) $40

Camping

  • Camping: Non-powered Camp Site $150
    Non-powered sites (300 available) approx 6 x 8 mtrs. Maximum of 10 people per site.
  • Camping: Powered Camp Site $210
    Powered sites (120 available) approx 6 x 8 mtrs. Maximum of 10 people per site. Powered connections must be an approved Residual Current Device (RCD). Campers must bring their own RCD cord in good condition.
  • Weekend camper (Fri-Sun) Non-powered Camp Site $60
  • Weekend camper (Fri-Sun) Powered Camp Site $84

Dormitory

Please note STRICTLY NO FOOD allowed in the dorms. If you select ‘Dorms with no meals’ – please arrange for your meals at another site.

Cabins $475: Cabins will be made available after a process of selection for campers over 70+ years of age and or for those who have medical conditions. Please remember that for anyone applying for cabin accommodation, you MUST send proof of age and medical documentation to Adeline Teina at [email protected] for consideration.

COVID Considerations

We are working hard to run our events safely especially when it comes to Covid-19. To help us do this we ask that you take note of the following:

  • Should you have any cold or flu-like symptoms please do not attend.
  • Conference staff reserve the right to ask any person with cold or flu-like symptoms to leave the event.
  • Please use recommended hygiene practices of hand-washing, sanitising items of high touch, maintaining physical distance (where possible) and using the NZ COVID Tracer app.
  • If NZ is not in Level 1, we will not run Big Camp.
